Eligibility for Returns

Gift cards.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Process

Contact our customer service via email or through the website to initiate a return.

Provide your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.

Our customer service team will provide a return authorization number and return address.

Ship the item(s) back to the specified address using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to SNKRZ’s error may be eligible for a partial refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt.

Provide a description and a photo of the damage or defect.

SNKRZ will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement item or issue a full refund.
